Barrier can brand a qualifying gasoline station
to the CITGO Brand. Barrier will brand a station by painting and affixing decals
to an existing station and imaging to CITGO specifications.
CITGO, which is owned by PDVSA, the Venezuelan State Oil Company, has the
most branded stations of the major brand suppliers in the United States.
The Company has a huge need to market refined products because it is
owned by a country that has the second largest petroleum reserve in the world.
CITGO has developed its credit card program to be one of the best offered by
any oil company.
Stations can be upgraded by using Barrier's Construction, Investment and
Leasing or a combination of the same.
Barrier looks to share investments with property owners to create facilities on
high traffic roads with card reading dispensers and vapor vacuum hoses
under canopy. The Ruby Vera Phone Console supplied by CITGO helps customers
move into the modern electronic world.
Where customers invest in below-ground tanks and piping, Barrier will invest
in above-ground dispensers and canopy. Barrier can install a system for
gasoline only, conventional facility or convenience store.
