Barrier performs much of the construction work
in-house, such as: tank installation, trenching, piping,
dispenser and sump installation, as well as cement form and foundation
building.
Barrier will help you through the approval process from zoning to site plan
development. We can even guide you in converting your repair facility to
convenience store. Since we are familiar with permit requirements, we can
help you obtain approvals quickly, and with the least amount of bureaucratic
red tape.
Barrier contracts the canopy installation and well as the excavation work. We
invite our customers to use the asphalt paver of their choice. Barrier also
contracts the electrical work to an electrician who is experienced in gas
station development.
