Barrier has developed relationships with different types
of funders. Barrier has funded property acquisition,
dispensing system upgrade and station conversions. In addition to capital
investment, the Company may also make loans available.
Barrier will help customers evaluate potential funding from banks, leasing
companies, equipment companies, etc. We have worked with all the above
and have been very successful in acquiring funding for locations that owners
themselves could not find. We know what a banker is looking for in terms of
appraised value, collateral and cash flow. We will help develop a presentation
that will make sense to both the lender and borrower.
